the society is so ugly! it's an ugly world that we all r living in. =(
i met a con-man, or i should say, a con-woman last night when i went downstairs to da bao my own dinner. she looked very worried and looked like she was about to cry and asked me to lend her $30 to take taxi to changi hosipital because her husband got into an accident. she showed me her ic and told me to take down her particulars and also used her handphone to call me claiming that she'll call me today at 9.30am to return me the money. i offered to give her $10 and not take down her particulars but she insisted that i take down her ic no. i was afraid that if it's REALLY some serious accident and because i didnt lend her money she might not be able to see her husband for the last time n i would blame myself for life. i lent her the 30bucks and this morning when i called her phone, it's off. very obvious that i got cheated.
first was my lap top case. now this. i'm really super suay. do i look like i can be bullied easily? =( i trusted the society too much. the society that we all r living in is UGLY!
my family n ong told me to just take it as i'm being helpful, doing a good deed. if the person is out to con me, she will get her retributions. i know those were just words of comfort. the real fact is, I'M JUST TOO DUMB AND NAIVE! tmd. nv gonna trust strangers again. i know some of u might think 'it's just $30, why is she making such a big fuss?' it's not JUST 30bucks ok. i must work as promoter for half a day to earn 30bucks! and it's not that i dont wanna help ppl, just dont feel good to be CONNED! tmd.
we study so much for what? FOR WHAT!! we should all stop working and studying. and work as full time lap top theives or con-man/con-woman. fk all these bad ppl.
